What we collect
This site has no user accounts. We store two things: what you type into the contact form (name, email, phone, chosen service and message), and our own measurements of how the page is used.
The contact form
We use what you send only to answer your enquiry. We do not sell it, do not pass it to third parties, and will not add you to a mailing list. If you would rather we deleted it, reply to our email and we will.
Analytics and cookies
Measurement runs on our own servers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker, so nothing about your visit is shared with another company. Two first-party cookies make it work: lb_vid, a random visitor identifier kept about two years, and lb_sid, a random session identifier kept 30 minutes. Neither contains anything about you and neither is readable by JavaScript.
Exactly what we record
Which pages and sections you reached, how far you scrolled, which buttons you pressed, where you arrived from, your IP address, an approximate location derived from it, and your browser user agent.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Write to [email protected]. Complaints can be made to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
